Subscription & Refund Policy

General Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins as soon as your order is processed. By completing your purchase, you authorize RiskForce and our payment service provider to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge these payment method(s) according to your selected subscription plan until you cancel.
We may change your plan's rate upon renewal, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel before the new rate takes effect. If the applicable tax rate changes during your subscription term, we will adjust the tax-inclusive price on your next billing date.
If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any backup payment method in your account. If all payment methods fail, we may suspend your subscription until payment is received.
Credits and Quotas
Generative AI Credits
Your subscription may include generative AI features which require generative credits. You may also buy generative AI credits as top-ups. These credits:
- Allow you to generate outputs based on inputs you provide
- Are added to your account balance each billing period according to your plan's allocation or as a one-time top-up
- Accumulate if unused (credits from previous periods roll over)
- Remain available as long as you maintain an active subscription
- Are not available during the free trial period and will be added to your account when the paid subscription begins
- Are non-transferable between accounts
- Are refundable only as part of a full subscription refund within the 7-day refund window, provided no credits have been consumed (see Refund Policy below)
- Are non-refundable once any credits have been consumed
- Remain in your account even after subscription cancellation or expiration
VM Credits
Your subscription may include virtual machines, sandboxes, or other compute resources which require VM credits. These credits:
- Are required for automated risk assessment testing and similar features
- Are consumed each time a VM is used
- Reset each month to your plan's allocated amount
- Do not roll over to the next month
- Are not available during the free trial period and will be added to your account when the paid subscription begins
- Are non-refundable once consumed, even if a VM fails to complete an assessment
- Are refundable only as part of a full subscription refund within the 7-day refund window, provided no VM credits have been consumed
Free Trial Terms
If you have signed up for a free trial:
- Your trial starts immediately after sign-up
- At the end of your trial, your paid subscription automatically begins
- Your selected payment method will be charged at the rate stated at the time of sign-up
- You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- To cancel, visit your RiskForce Orchestrator Account page or contact Customer Support
- Generative AI credits and VM credits included with your plan are not available during the trial period and will be added to your account when the paid subscription begins
- Eligibility for free trials is determined solely by RiskForce at our discretion
Month-to-Month Subscription
Payment Terms
- Your subscription renews automatically each month
- Your payment method will be charged the current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes
- Charges occur on your monthly renewal date until you cancel
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your RiskForce Orchestrator Account page or by contacting Customer Support
- New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase, provided no generative AI credits or VM credits have been consumed (see Refund Policy below)
- After the 7-day refund window, or once any credits have been consumed, month-to-month subscriptions are non-refundable
- After cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
Annual Subscription
Payment Terms
- You will be charged in one lump sum for the entire year
- The charge will be at the annual rate stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes
- Your subscription will automatically renew on your annual renewal date until you cancel
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your RiskForce Orchestrator Account page or by contacting Customer Support
- New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase, provided no generative AI credits or VM credits have been consumed (see Refund Policy below)
- After the 7-day refund window, or once any credits have been consumed, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- After cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your contracted annual term
- No prorated refunds are provided for partial use of the annual term
Refund Policy
RiskForce offers a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase date. This applies to both month-to-month and annual plans.
- Credit consumption voids refund eligibility: If any generative AI credits or VM credits have been consumed during the refund window, you are no longer eligible for a refund. Credit consumption demonstrates use of the service and constitutes acceptance of the subscription.
- Refunds are full, not prorated: If you qualify for a refund within the 7-day window, you will receive a full refund of the subscription charge. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds under any circumstances.
- After the refund window: Once the 7-day refund window has passed, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage.
- Renewals: The 7-day refund window applies only to the initial subscription purchase. Automatic renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Credit top-ups: Separately purchased generative AI credit top-ups are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
- Free trials: If you signed up for a free trial and cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel and your paid subscription begins, the 7-day refund window starts from the date of the first charge.
To request a refund, contact Customer Support at contact@riskforce-llc.com within the 7-day window. Include your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
